Introduction

After careful literature research, we found 842 bioactive molecules and 60 targets against the 9 pathogenic coronaviruses. We collected the information of the 842 compounds, including molecular structures, bioactivities, target proteins, coronavirus types and crystal structures.

As shown below, we classified all the 842 active compounds according to the virus types.

As shown below, there are a total of 60 targets in the CoViLigands.
